All tickets are non-refundable and admit 1 person only to the event. Towels, swimwear and other essentials will not be provided on the day and must be provided by yourselves. All attending the event must be appropriately dressed and will not behave in any indecent manner. By purchasing a swimming ticket for Merfolk UK Convention 2017 you are agreeing that all swimming attendees are over the age of 14, confident and able swimmers both with and without a tail/monofin. Swimming Attendees under the age of 18, will have to provide written agreement from a parent or guardian consenting to their participation in the event prior to the event commencement date. All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult who will take responsibility for the under 18 participant. There is a limit of 2 under 18's to one adult. You are aware of the risks of injury and death when in or around a swimming pool and agree to adhere to the orders and requests given to you by the designated leaders and lifeguards of the Merfolk UK Convention 2017 team. I agree that if I break any of these rules or have given incorrect information, I may be asked to leave the premises without completing my swim or the event and without a refund. I am also aware that photographs and videos will be made at this event and have no objections to this.
